Implementation after diagnosis

Repair what’s broken. Build what’s missing.

Source-layer implementation for businesses that need AI and search systems to understand them more accurately.

After the Snapshot shows what is broken, implementation fixes the source layer. That may mean a focused Repair Sprint for a small set of priority issues, or a broader Structural Authority Buildout when the business needs deeper source architecture, proof structure, page improvements, and validation. The Structural Authority Blueprint is the plan inside larger buildouts — not a separate hoop to jump through before the work begins.

Match the work to what the Snapshot finds

If the Snapshot finds a few clear issues on priority pages
Authority Repair Sprint
If the Snapshot finds multiple pages, services, facts, or proof gaps
Structural Authority Buildout
If the Snapshot finds a client wants a roadmap for their own team or vendor
Standalone Structural Authority Blueprint
If the Snapshot finds no meaningful issue
No implementation
Standalone option

Structural Authority Blueprint

Available as a plan-only product when a client wants a roadmap for their own internal team or existing web vendor to implement. It covers source architecture, proof architecture, implementation sequence, measurement plan, and decision points — it does not include implementation, monitoring, or any guarantee of AI citations, rankings, leads, or revenue.

What implementation does not include

Implementation is source-layer work. It is scoped against the Snapshot findings, and it is not these things:

  • Paid media
  • Full brand redesign unless separately scoped
  • Ongoing monitoring unless separately scoped
  • Guaranteed AI citations
  • Guaranteed rankings, traffic, leads, or revenue
