Google Business Profile Disclosure
This page explains what clients can expect when Citeable Systems is authorized to provide Google Business Profile consulting, management, or reporting services.
Last updated July 13, 2026
Independent third-party status
Citeable Systems, a division of SA Consulting LLC, is an independent third-party consulting and reporting provider. Citeable Systems is not Google and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, certified by, or endorsed by Google.
Ownership and account access
The client retains ownership or co-ownership of its Business Profile and decides whether Citeable Systems has Manager access or no access. When access is authorized, Citeable Systems uses a separately invited business account. We do not request or share a client's Google Account password.
Fees and the Google service
Google Business Profile is available from Google at no extra cost. Clients pay Citeable Systems only for consulting, implementation, authorized management, and reporting services described in their agreement. Applicable fees are disclosed in writing before profile management begins and on client invoices.
Authorization for changes
Citeable Systems informs clients about profile changes and obtains the required prior specific authorization for material edits and customer-facing actions. We do not automate profile edits, posts, review replies, Q&A responses, verification actions, or other material changes without the authorization required for that action.
No placement or performance guarantees
Citeable Systems does not sell Google placement and does not guarantee rankings, placement, continuous appearance in Search or Maps, visibility, traffic, leads, revenue, or AI citations. Google controls its products and results.
Authorized data use
Google Business Profile data is used only to provide the authorizing client's contracted service. We do not sell that data, use it for lead generation, compare client-specific Business Profile data across clients, or provide indirect automated API access through Citeable Systems' Google Cloud project. Storage, reporting, and deletion follow applicable Google policy and the client agreement.
Ending the relationship
A client may remove Citeable Systems' access at any time or request disconnection by emailing scott@citeablesystems.com. Within seven business days after notice, Citeable Systems will disassociate the client's Business Profile account from our services and developer project and remove our permissions, as applicable.
