Citeable Systems
AI Visibility & Authority Services

Diagnose what AI sees.
Fix what’s broken, build what’s missing.

Citeable tests how AI answer engines describe and source your business, finds the pages, facts, schema, and proof causing gaps, then helps you fix them and measure what changes.

The four phases
DRME · Operating Model
{01}

Diagnose

Find out how AI systems currently describe, cite, recommend, or overlook your business.

Start with a Snapshot
AI Buyer-Intent Evidence Packet & Forensic Audit Dossier
{01} Diagnose

Diagnose: AI Visibility & Authority Snapshot

See how AI answer engines actually understand your business.

The first step is not to guess. The AI Visibility & Authority Snapshot tests the questions someone asks while choosing a provider across the supported AI answer engines. It captures whether your business is named, cited, described accurately, or left out.

We compare those answers, note where competitors appear, inspect the pages and sources behind the results, and deliver a prioritized repair plan.

{ Diagnostic only · No implementation · No retainer — the evidence-first starting point }
What it answers
  • Does AI correctly understand who you are?
  • Does it recommend you for the categories you should compete in?
  • Does it cite your website or rely on third-party sources?
  • Does it describe your services, rules, pricing, proof, and location accurately?
  • Are competitors being surfaced instead?
  • What should be fixed first?
{02} Implement

Implement: repair what’s broken, build what’s missing.

Turn diagnostic findings into a stronger machine-readable source of truth.

Once the diagnostic shows what is happening, implementation fixes the source layer. The goal is not to redesign the website. It is to make the business easier for AI systems to understand, verify, and reuse in answers. Implementation runs in two lanes.

{ Repair }

Authority Repair Sprint — fix a short, confirmed list of unclear facts, missing proof, page-copy gaps, broken links, or structured-data errors.

{ Build }

Structural Authority Buildout — reorganize multiple service or location pages, connect important claims to visible proof, align key facts, and add the links and structured data that tie everything together.

{ Implementation is scoped after the Snapshot }
{03} Monitor

Monitor: AI Visibility Fortification

AI and search answers change. We check whether your business is still being described accurately.

AI systems update. Competitors add services and publish new information. Business listings, directories, and other websites change. Outdated details can keep appearing after you correct them. Monthly monitoring shows whether potential customers are still seeing accurate information about your business and where corrections may be needed.

{04} Expand

Expand: Authority Expansion

Build visibility into new categories once the foundation is stable.

Once the foundation is stable, the next opportunity is expansion. Authority Expansion helps businesses grow into new services, categories, locations, and buyer-intent searches where they should reasonably compete but are not yet being surfaced.

The full managed program

Authority Partner Program

We work alongside your team through every stage, as one managed partnership.

After a Snapshot, we help organize priorities, coordinate with your team and existing vendors, guide implementation, monitor what changes, and identify where to build next. You get a real person who explains the evidence and keeps the work moving—not a software subscription your team is left to figure out alone.

Start with the Snapshot

Most clients start with the AI Visibility & Authority Snapshot. Before repair, monitoring, or expansion, it shows what AI systems currently say, which sources they rely on, where competitors appear, and which pages, facts, schema, or proof are worth fixing.

The Snapshot is useful on its own. Afterward, the right next step may be no action, implementation by your own team or agency, a focused repair sprint, a broader authority repair project, ongoing monitoring, or long-term expansion.

Identify what is real, fix what matters, monitor what changes, and expand only when the foundation is ready.

Clear scope, fewer surprises

Our work focuses on the pages, facts, services, structured data, proof, and technical access AI uses to understand your business. We explain what we find and what to address first. To keep expectations clear, these services are not:

  • A replacement for full-service SEO
  • Paid media
  • A website redesign
  • A chatbot installation
  • A guarantee of rankings, traffic, leads, or revenue
  • A monthly retainer unless you choose monitoring

Common questions

How does Citeable fit with SEO?

Citeable works in a specialized lane of modern SEO focused on AI visibility and the information AI and search systems use to understand a business. The work overlaps with technical SEO, page content, behind-the-scenes website data, internal linking, local signals, and authority building. We can lead this work directly or coordinate with your existing SEO or web team.

What do you actually deliver?

The Snapshot includes captured AI answers, links and screenshots showing the information behind them, inaccurate or missing business details, competitor appearances, page-by-page priorities, and a review with Citeable. Implementation projects add a written scope, completed changes, a page-by-page record of what was edited, and a recheck against the original findings.

Can you guarantee that AI will recommend my business?

No. AI answers change, and no company controls what an AI system will say. We improve the accuracy, consistency, structure, and supporting evidence available about your business, then measure what changes. We do not guarantee citations, rankings, traffic, leads, or revenue.

Can Citeable work with my current SEO or web team?

Yes. We can make the changes ourselves, give your team a step-by-step plan, or divide the work between us. We document who is handling each item, provide the evidence behind the recommendation, and recheck the completed work. Your existing team does not have to be replaced.

What access do you need?

The Snapshot begins with publicly available information. If implementation or monitoring requires access to your website, analytics, search, or local-business accounts, we request only the specific access needed for that work. We do not ask for more access than the project requires.

How do you measure improvement?

We establish a starting point, research what customers in your market ask, and track how your business and competitors appear in AI and search answers. We also check the websites, listings, and pages shaping those answers. When reliable search, analytics, or local-business data is available, we include it. Every report explains what changed, the evidence behind it, and what deserves attention next.

Why start with the Snapshot?

It gives you evidence before you spend more money. You see how AI currently describes your business, where competitors appear, which information is inaccurate or missing, and what is actually worth addressing first.

Does the Snapshot commit me to more work?

No. You decide what happens next. You can implement the recommendations yourself, give them to your go-to web or SEO provider, ask Citeable to walk your team through the work, or hire us to implement it. You can also decide that no immediate action is justified. The Snapshot and its evidence are yours, and the data guides the next step—not a sales contract.
