Accessibility Statement
This statement explains how Citeable Systems approaches website accessibility and how to request help.
Last updated July 13, 2026
Our commitment
Citeable Systems is committed to providing a website that people with disabilities can use. We consider accessibility in our design, content, development, and quality-review work and continue to improve the experience as the site changes.
Standards and assessment
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, WCAG 2.2 Level AA, as our reference point. Our checks include automated browser audits, keyboard and semantic-structure review, responsive testing, contrast review, and manual inspection.
This statement describes our current approach and is not a certification that every page or third-party service fully conforms to WCAG. When we identify a barrier, we prioritize a practical correction or an accessible alternative.
Measures we take
- Use semantic page structure, meaningful headings, labels, and text alternatives.
- Support keyboard navigation and visible focus states for interactive controls.
- Review text contrast, responsive layouts, touch targets, and reduced-motion preferences.
- Include accessibility checks in release review for public website changes.
Feedback and assistance
If you encounter an accessibility barrier or need information in another format, email scott@citeablesystems.com. Please include the page address, a description of the difficulty, and the format or accommodation that would help.
We aim to acknowledge accessibility requests within five business days and will work with you on a reasonable accessible alternative while a technical issue is being addressed.
Third-party services
Our website may link to or rely on services operated by other organizations. We cannot control every aspect of those services, but we welcome reports about barriers encountered while using them as part of a Citeable Systems interaction.
