Privacy Policy

Citeable Systems is a division of SA Consulting LLC. This policy explains how we handle information through our website and services.

Information we collect

We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, company name, website URL, service inquiries, and diagnostic form responses.

Our website and service providers may also receive technical information such as IP address, device and browser details, referring pages, and site usage events.

How we use information

We use information to respond to requests, provide contracted diagnostic and consulting services, operate and improve the website, protect our systems, and send service-related communications.

We do not sell personal information or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Service providers

We use service providers for website hosting, privacy-focused traffic measurement, forms, communications, and diagnostic operations. These providers may process information as needed to perform their services and under their own applicable terms and privacy commitments. Our public website is hosted on Vercel and uses Vercel Web Analytics.

Cookies and browser storage

Our public website does not currently use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. Vercel Web Analytics measures aggregate traffic without placing cookies in your browser.

We use limited session storage in your browser to remember session-only interface state, such as whether an introductory animation has already played, and to prevent repeated interface actions during the same browser session. Session storage is cleared by the browser when the session ends. Secure authenticated areas may use cookies that are necessary for sign-in, account security, and requested application functions.

You can remove cookies and browser storage through your browser settings. Disabling storage that is necessary for an authenticated feature may prevent that feature from working correctly.

Security and retention

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information and service involved. No transmission or storage system is completely secure. We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the service, our legitimate operating needs, contractual commitments, and applicable legal requirements.

Google Business Profile data

When a client authorizes Google Business Profile services, that information is handled only for the authorized client and the contracted service. Additional ownership, access, authorization, reporting, and disconnection terms are described in our Google Business Profile Disclosure.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, subject to applicable contractual and legal requirements. You may also ask us to stop nonessential communications.
